Our multidisciplinary engineering teams develop customized electrical, automation and mechanical solutions designed to optimize plant functionality, operational continuity and lifecycle costs, using advanced digital engineering and 3D design tools.

Discover the Elettromar approach

Our approach starts from feasibility studies and process analysis, continues through co-design with customer teams and leads to robust solutions engineered with a Zero Default mindset: preventing critical issues before they affect performance, continuity, safety or maintainability.

For Elettromar, engineering is not a phase that ends with a delivery, but a continuous improvement process built around integration, operational experience and long-term evolution.

Electrical and automation engineering across industrial sectors

Elettromar combines design engineering with a consolidated understanding of different processes. Our systems are not only technically compliant but also aligned aligned with the operational requirements of different industries: production continuity, safety, maintainability, energy and efficiency, regulatory compliance and integration with existing plants, machines and utilities.

Electrical engineering, from design to field execution

Elettromar provides detailed electrical engineering services for complex industrial environments where performance, reliability and operational continuity are essential. Every solution is developed with attention to compliance, documentation and traceability, supporting customers from system architecture to panel engineering, field installation and commissioning.

Integration between engineering, manufacturing and field execution.

We develop solutions for both European and international markets, engineering systems in accordance with the applicable standards, directives and customer specifications required in each destination country.

Elettromar designs complete electrical architectures for industrial plants and automation systems, including power distribution, single-line diagrams, load calculations and short-circuit analysis, medium and low voltage systems. Each project is engineered to ensure safety, reliability and continuity across the entire plant.

Our engineering activities are supported by internationally recognized software platforms such as Electro Graphics Ampère, INTEGRA SIE, ABB DOC, Schneider Electric I-Project and Siemens SIZER.

We engineer electrical panels, motor control centers (MCCs), drive systems and automation cabinets according to the specific requirements of each application. Our activities include detailed panel engineering, thermal verification, component selection, manufacturing and test support ensuring industrial performance, safety, accessibility and ease of maintenance. Our work focuses on industrial performance, safety, accessibility and ease of maintenance, with close control over manufacturing and testing activities.  Our engineering activities are supported by industry-leading software platforms, including EPLAN, EPLAN Pro Panel and Zuken E3.cable.

Our field electrical design supports site execution with detailed layouts, cable tray and cable routing design, installation drawings, field layout, hook-up and technical documentation, as-built documentation. This allows customer teams, contractors and installation crews to work with clear, accurate and consistent project information. Our engineering teams use professional design tools such as PTC Creo, BricsCAD Pro and SolidWorks.

Elettromar provides instrumentation, control and automation engineering, covering field instrumentation design, automation system architecture development, PLC/DCS programming and High-Level software development, SCADA development, Level 2/Level 3 architectures, HMI configuration. We transform our Partnership goals into engineering excellence through proven multi-vendor expertise across Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric and ABB. Our automation solutions are supported by specialized tools such as PILZ PAScal and SISTEMA, ensuring functional safety, compliance with international standards, and reliable, high-performance automation systems.

We define the physical installation details and connection schemes between process equipment, instruments and electrical components.

A well-engineered hook-up design enhances installation quality, accelerates commissioning, and ensures seamless alignment between engineering documentation and on-site execution. Our engineers develop hook-up drawings and installation documentation using AutoCAD and EPLAN, ensuring standardized documentation, accurate field connections and efficient coordination between engineering, manufacturing and installation teams.
