Process, Control and Automation Solutions

Elettromar designs and develops customized software for industrial automation, process control and monitoring systems. With an in-house software department, we manage both hardware and software under one technical ownership, delivering fully integrated solutions tailored to the requirements of each plant.

This combination strengthens project control, improves technical consistency and makes Elettromar a single-source partner for the entire automation lifecycle, from power distribution and field instrumentation to process control, monitoring and data management.

By reducing handovers and centralizing technical responsibility, we help customers speed up decision-making and maintain long-term system flexibility without dependency on third parties suppliers.

Integrated automation expertise

Elettromar’s distinctive value is our fully integrated engineering approach. The same multidisciplinary team designs the electrical distribution, field systems and automation architecture, manufactures the electrical switchboards, develops the control software, and manages installation, commissioning and start-up activities.

By combining electrical engineering, software development, and field expertise into one integrated workflow, we deliver turnkey solutions with no interface gaps and no handover conflicts.

Every solution is engineered to integrate seamlessly with field instrumentation, drives, remote I/O, skids and third-party equipment, ensuring reliable communication across the entire plant architecture.

in-house developing of customized automation software

Elettromar develops customized automation software using the latest technologies and the industry’s leading platforms, with multi-vendor capability including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric and ABB, etc.

Our engineers deliver PLC and DCS programming, Safety PLC applications, SCADA systems, Level 2 and Level 3 architectures, industrial communication networks, drive parameterization and advanced process control solutions for complex industrial environments.

Integrated data acquisition, historian management and data exchange capabilities provide real-time monitoring, long-term data historization, process analysis, reporting, traceability and seamless connectivity with higher-level management systems.

One team, one point of reference:  A 360° integrated approach:

Full consistency

Everything is designed as an integrated whole, with no detail overlooked.

Reduced timelines

Fewer handovers mean shorter lead times and greater efficiency.

Single point of contact

No more dealing with multiple, disconnected suppliers.

Long-term autonomy

Your system remains under your control, manageable with no dependence on external parties.

Integrated automation expertise for complex workflows

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

We support the entire project lifecycle: before on-site commissioning, Elettromar uses advanced simulation environments to perform Factory Acceptance Tests. This allows our engineers to validate control logic, verify software functionality, simulate process behaviour under realistic operating conditions and identify potential issues before installation.

Site Acceptance Testing & Final Handover

After installation, the system undergoes Site Acceptance Testing to verify operation in the real plant environment. Elettromar validates system integration, field device communication, safety functions and overall performance under actual conditions. Final adjustments ensure alignment with the plant and its operational requirements, delivering a reliable and fully validated system.
