Procedure wistleblowing
In this section, it is possible to consult the Elettromar procedure that defines the methods of internal reporting of violations in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, called “whistleblowing”.
The purpose of the procedure is to eliminate factors that may hinder or discourage reporting, such as doubts about the procedure to follow and fears of retaliation or discrimination.
The procedure aims to provide all interested parties an operational guidance on how to report.
