It’s a dual apprenticeship project in which young students attend a one-year on-the-job training course.

The professional training model will lead to concrete opportunities for the company and for the young participants, who will have the chance to experience Eelettromar reality at 360 degrees accompanied by sector experts.

The students have been hired with an apprenticeship contract and will carry out activities aimed at job placement and at the creation of future professionals.

With these initiatives, Elettromar renews its commitment to youth training and its strong link with the local reality thanks to the fruitful collaboration with Ali - Agenzia per il Lavoro SpA, Regione Toscana and Associazione Pratika ONLUS.
